Refunds & Replacements
- damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.
- Refund or replace the item(s) as needed — your satisfaction matters to us.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened matcha or any food products
- Items purchased on sale or during promotions (unless damaged or faulty)
- Gift cards or digital product
